To begin with, Brian...Creationism isn't science and shouldn't be taught in science class. I can't support the position that you took that says that it is so ridiculous that it would be reasonably rejected by thinking individuals. For evidence, I might suggest looking at the statistics...the Gallop poll in 2007 says 48% don't believe in evolution...
Jeff, if you're going to accuse someone of being a bigot, you'd better be ready with some supporting data. You said you had examples but never got to it. Of course, it's not unusual for you to use glittering generalities in your discourse without support. I'm really tired of being lectured about skepticism from you when you're so bad at it yourself!
